delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are 
not guaranteed. We will not be responsible for delays 
caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or

the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss are 
transferred to you.

designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other 
names, logos, product and service names, designs, and 
slogans on the Services are trademarks of their 
respective owners.

You may be provided access to third-party tools as part 
of the Services, which we do not monitor and have no 
control or input over.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such

directly with Mute Mode. By using the Services, you

for any aspect of the sales between you and Mute Mode, 
including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the 
purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly 
release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, 
damages, and liability arising from or related to your 
purchase and transaction with Mute Mode.

or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, 
copy, extract, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of 
the Services; (c) collect or track the personal 
information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm, or 
pretext the services; (e) use any robot, spider, 
scraping, data collection and extraction tools, 
automatic devices or processes, artificial intelligence 
tools (such as agentic AI), or automated or manual means 
to access the Services; or (f) interfere with, 
circumvent, or evade the security or authorization 
features, robot exclusion header, or other measures we 
employ to restrict access to the Services. We reserve 
the right to suspend, deactivate, or cancel your account

human behavior and interaction patterns, or (b) 
completing or bypassing CAPTCHAs or measures intended 
to distinguish computer use from human use, (iii) 
respond truthfully to any question or instruction 
seeking to determine whether interactions come from a 
human or a computer, (iv) not circumvent or otherwise

Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of 
Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; 
Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy 
Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature 
should survive termination.

ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR 
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT 
LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF

or claim, including attorneys' fees, payable to any 
third party due to or arising from (1) your breach of

by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided 
that failure to notify you promptly will not release you 
from your obligations unless you suffer material 
damages. We may control the defense and resolution of 
such claim at your expense, including the choice of

consent (which will not be unreasonably withheld). You
