SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Mute Mode. We are committed 
to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Please 
read our shipping policy below for full details.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after 
payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or 
holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking 
information once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the United States. We are working 
to expand our shipping destinations and will update this 
policy accordingly.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times to the United States:

- Standard Shipping: 5-11 business days
- Total estimated delivery (including processing): 
  6-14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not 
guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our 
control, including but not limited to weather conditions, 
customs processing, and shipping carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the United States.

There are no minimum order requirements to qualify for 
free shipping.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number 
via email. You can use this number to monitor the status 
of your shipment on the carrier's website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 
3 business days of placing your order, please contact us 
at mutemodebrand@gmail.com.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at 
checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible 
for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the 
customer.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete 
physical address for all orders.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please 
contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at 
mutemodebrand@gmail.com. After this time, we cannot 
guarantee that we will be able to modify your shipping 
address.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Mute Mode is not responsible for any customs duties, 
import taxes, or fees that may apply to your order. 
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of 
the customer.

For orders within the United States, no additional 
customs fees apply.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within the estimated 
delivery time, please follow these steps:

1. Check the tracking information provided
2. Check with your local post office or shipping carrier
3. Verify the shipping address on your order
4. Contact us at mutemodebrand@gmail.com if the package 
   is more than 7 business days late

We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your 
package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send 
a replacement or issue a full refund.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please:

1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
2. Contact us within 48 hours at mutemodebrand@gmail.com
3. Include your order number and photos in the email

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no 
additional cost to you.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to 
an incorrect address provided by the customer, or 
because the customer failed to claim the package, we 
will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional 
shipping fees may apply.

If the customer does not respond within 14 days, the 
order will be refunded minus the original shipping costs.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of 
purchase. After this time, your order may already be 
in processing and cannot be cancelled.

To request a change or cancellation, contact us 
immediately at mutemodebrand@gmail.com with your order 
number.
