We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may 
return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund 
of the product price.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at

- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)

Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, 
unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. 
In those cases, Mute Mode will cover all return shipping 
fees.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify 
you via email about the approval or rejection of your 
refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 
business days to your original payment method (PayPal, 
credit card, etc.).

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is 
defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, 
contact us immediately at mutemodebrand@gmail.com so we 
can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to 
return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, 
make a separate purchase for the new item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items not in original condition or packaging

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. 
After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed 
and shipped, and cannot be cancelled.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs, 
duties, or import taxes that may apply.
